1:1 Bespoke Nutrition Coaching

A 12-week program in which I incorporate nutrition science, psychology, and philosophy into a learning experience that gets you to your goals.

This is a bespoke service that is contoured around you and your lifestyle, to formulate a nutrition strategy that goes above and beyond.

How does it work?

  • I start off with an in-depth analysis to see where you're at with your nutrition now, and look at your lifestyle to put together a plan that works for you. This can involve both tracking and non-tracking advice and techniques, calorie/macro targets if appropriate, meal ideas, portion guides, sleep evaluation and more.
  • I offer weekly Zoom consultations during your coaching sessions. These can be pre-booked to regular times that suit your diary. 
  • Progress reviews will be scheduled every 4 weeks to review your goals and set targets for the following weeks. You may also purchase additional coaching blocks if you wish to continue with an accountability and support package after. 
  •  Support and accountability helps to build lasting habits, whilst empowering you to take ownership of your actions and behaviours.
