I’ve been feeling the weight of burnout and noticing the toll it’s taken on both my mind and body. As someone who is neurodivergent, I know all too well how quickly that kind of burnout can creep in, and this time, I chose to listen. I share honestly about the pressure of constantly creating content, the way it chips at your energy, and why sometimes the most powerful move is to step back.
